This Rosé of Pinot Noir from the Sonoma Coast was fermented dry and has notes of watermelon hard candy (you know the one) and strawberry "airy" candy (you know that one, too). Malic acid makes your mouth water and pairs fondly with goat cheese and strawberries, grilled veggies, and bagels with cream cheese. This is the perfect picnic or brunch wine.
